þ You will need a user name and password established by our administrator BEFORE you can begin using this system. To request your account be set up, click here. When you receive a return e-mail confirmation, your account will be ready for use. If you would like to place an order right away, you may log in as a “GUEST”. This will allow you to view our product offering and actually place an order. The Username is GUEST and the Password is GUEST.

þ After logging in, scroll down and click “Product Search” at the bottom of the page. When using our on-line system you can perform searches in many different ways. This makes it easier to find the products you are looking for. You can also refine your searches by selecting a “Product Class” (ie:Impression Materials) and also selecting a Mfg (ie:3M/ESPE). If performing a search by our product codes, remember to insert an “underscore” in place of any spaces. For example, if you are looking up DF-58 Polysoft film, our product code is “60 DF58PS” but you would enter it as “60_DF58PS” for the computer to recognize you request.

þ When placing an order as a “GUEST”, you will have to provide your complete mailing address, phone number as well as an e-mail address in the special instructions box so we can establish an account for you as well as process your order correctly. After entering your contact information you will need to click located just to the right of the special instructions box. A notification will appear that your special instructions have been added to your order. Click again to be taken back to your order then click to complete the order.

þ All orders placed this way will need to be charged to a credit card before we can ship the merchandise. Our customer service department will contact you for this information before we process your order. Furthermore, you will be notified of any price discrepancies, if any, at this time.
